Diet and Nutrition

Nutrition plays a very important role in fertility, but very little is done to modify their habits when they begin to search for a boat. According to a recent study carried out by Harvard University on patients who go through IVF, the results of the treatment will be better in those groups that will follow a higher diet of monounsaturated fats. Another Danish study relates high doses of caffeine with low implantation taxes after IVF. Finally, seven more or less protein/carbohydrate-rich diets have been observed to influence the blastocyst formation rate.

This is why, since Gravida, we have opted for a more holistic approach to reproduction, and we also offer a specific consultation on Diet and Nutrition.
