En aquest article, explorarem com l&#8217;IMC pot influir en la fertilitat i per qu\u00e8 \u00e9s essencial mantenir un pes saludable per optimitzar les possibilitats de concepci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s l&#8217;IMC i per qu\u00e8 \u00e9s rellevant?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>L&#8217;IMC \u00e9s una mesura que relaciona el pes i l&#8217;altura d&#8217;una persona, proporcionant una indicaci\u00f3 general de si una persona t\u00e9 baix pes, pes normal, sobrep\u00e8s o obesitat. Els estr\u00f2gens s\u00f3n hormones sexuals femenines que es produeixen principalment als ovaris, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 en menor mesura a les gl\u00e0ndules suprarenals i en el teixit adip\u00f3s (greix). El teixit adip\u00f3s t\u00e9 la capacitat de convertir les hormones precursoras en estr\u00f2gens actius a trav\u00e9s d&#8217;un proc\u00e9s anomenat aromatitzaci\u00f3. Per tant, <strong>la quantitat de greix corporal pot influir directament en els nivells d&#8217;estr\u00f2gens en el cos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Un equilibri adequat d&#8217;estr\u00f2gens \u00e9s essencial per al correcte funcionament de l&#8217;eix hormonal que regula l&#8217;ovulaci\u00f3.
